Rob Lawson - Founder & CEO

A combination of over 20 years of professional experience and exposure to a wide assortment of industries has provided Rob with a talent for spotting a brand's potential. Uncovering the unique selling proposition allows Rob to provide clients with a significant lead against their competitors. As Rob masters skills to market brands online he shares his knowledge with others to support businesses in Australia gain national and potentially International presence.

After college he worked as an estimator in the construction industry for Boral subsidiary Derite; and later as a project manager on many large commercial buildings throughout Queensland, where he grew up. The project management skills learnt during this period have been invaluable.

Rob started in sales during the late 1980's, and he worked his way through State Sales Management to National Marketing Manager of Shop-A-Docket. Over his 8 years of service to the company Rob's contribution led to opening new territories, developing the product suite and sales systems and key achievements in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, plus countless country towns all over Australia.

During the mid-90's Rob switched gears to become the Marketing Director for a subsidiary of Draupner AB (a Swedish Software Localization Company) called Meta Language Engineering. Rob worked on several projects ranging from building design, Interact - a Victorian Government Technology Exhibition, a software business, and solid forklift tyres.

In addition to being a loving husband and father to 2 beautiful little girls, Rob is something of a professional 'Renaissance Man' having worked in an impressive variety of roles within an assortment of industries. All of his past experiences have culminated into what is now iQuantum. Jessica Lowry - Optimisation Analyst


Jes has been working in digital media since 2003, after spending 8 years working in supportive roles for large international organisations in both Toronto and the UK. She loves travelling and sees learning as a life-long ambition. Melbourne reminds her of Toronto where she grew up; both cities are multi-cultural epicentres for creativity and art - 2 things she could never live without.

She started her digital media career as a copywriter for independent online magazines or 'Ezines' before undertaking a role as an assistant to the Marketing Manager for an online payment service offering an alternative to using credit cards. Most of the customer services and prospecting occured on forums, and engaging in these environments was a new experience. A year later she became an online content producer for a Canadian television series. This combined experience led her to specialise in social media. She could see the potential to engage consumers in new and exciting ways by leveraging forums and providing a way for consumers to interact with brands online. 

Social media has been a major element of Jes's entire career. Embedding a brand within the tapestry of an online environment is a skill learned through years of listening and participating. Working as a community moderator on a platform enabling anyone with a webcam and internet connection to host their own specialty TV show was a comprehensive learning experience for managing brand communities. Realising that every individual is their own brand was one of many insights. In her next role, Jes was an Online Community Specialist for a platform added to a Canadian retail chain's ecommcerce website; which empowered booklovers to connect, create a virtual bookshelf, recommend books to friends, and create an online book club.

Jes has provided consulting work for large organisations and multi-national corporations to communicate openly using social media technology. She has also provided thought leadership in designing the user experience for large social platforms, networks, and websites. Her passion is creating intuitive, customisable experiences that lead to an exchange of ideas about anything and everything.

Alexandra Padey - Project Manager

Alex is the type of employee every company wished they had and is the glue that holds iQuantum together. She is fearless and will try to tackle any problem no matter how daunting it may appear. As a mother juggling work and personal priorities she always has time to pause and appreciate small achievements, as well as the larger ones. Additionally, she is a fantastic baker and loves cooking for her family.

Alex spent more than 15 years in the banking and finance industry before joining iQuantum. Ten of those years were spent managing operations, working on process improvements for a variety of projects. These projects covered a wide range of strategic initiatives including technology developments and implementing new systems. Alex uses her experience to assist our clients by combining excellent communication skills with a focus on time management while prioritzing key deliverables.

Alex is responsible for the management of client paid traffic initiatives such as Google Adwords PPC campaigns, and scoping out the requirements for on-going analysis and user behaviour reporting. She is methodical and always accurate.
