Are there any drawbacks to Netsuite?

According to some reviews you may need to keep an eye on miscellaneous charges with the monthly payments of the software as a service.

Netsuite has been working hard to overcome its reputation as being primarily an accounting application with added CRM and ecommerce functionality that were perhaps not as strong as some of their competitors. The latest versions of the product focus specifically on addressing this perceived weakness and Netsuite generally attracts positive reviews in this regard.

There has also been some concern that the data centre is located at a third-party facility, making back up less dependable. But there is no compelling evidence that this has lead to significant problems for any companies employing the software.
